have 10 TB of music on outboard drives and only 30 albums in the memory of the PC.
Roon only located the 30.
How can I get Roon to recognize the 10 TB on Seagate drives. I can’t seem to get back to the starting point.
How are the drives connected to the PC? Are they attached via USB or is a separate NAS. If it is network storage, then go to Settings / Storage, Add Folders under WATCHED FOLDERS and enter your network storage UNC. For example,
\\[SERVERNAME OR IP]\media\Music\Ambient. Add in username and password if your storage unit or setup require it.
If it is USB (or other directly attached storage like eSATA or Firewire or USB Type C 3.1 Gen 3) and the storage is seen as a local drive, then go to Settings / Storage, Add Folders under WATCHED FOLDERS and select Local Folder and enter the path. For example, D:\MUSIC\HEAVY_METAL.
