Не определяется Fire Wire на iMac (Undetectable Fire Wire on iMac)

When the Mytek DAC is turned on, Roone does not see the Fire Wire on the iMac, when updating the audio settings on Roon, everything appears and works. Will it detect the device automatically, without updating, what should I do?

What exactly do you mean by “updating the audio settings on Roon”? Do you mean clicking on the circular “refresh” arrow?

Do other zones continue to show up as expected, the only issue is the Mytek via FireWire?

yes, when you ROON on the run, the mytek is defined and visible as a device, but the Fire Wire is detected only when updating the audio with a circular arrow

We have been discussing and we would like to attempt to reproduce your findings in the QA lab.

One other aspect which can help here is your Roon logs immediately after the issue occurs. Can you please reproduce the issue, note the exact local time + date it occurs and then let me know this timestamp here?

Once I have this information I can enable diagnostics mode for your account and what that does is automatically upload a log set to our servers for analysis.
