if i focus on a storage location, i get just the artists in this location…so far so good but inside of the artist i can see ALL albums of the artist even if they are stored on a different location?!

Yes, a focus is not a total exclusion.

As far as I’m aware focus only affects the Collections screens (artists, albums, tracks, …)
From the artist’s page you can click view all albums. This opens up the view albums screen filtered by just that artist. Then click focus and filter by location, so that it only displays those Artist’s albums store in that location.
