It seem that this product have been disposed of by B&W . If you cannot setup you Duo in B&W app or Roon I may have a solution. If your wireless router is multibands such as wifi6 or wifi7, then you should set your wireless network not to use single SSID for all bands . You should switch off auto frequency switching , that is use separate SSID for 2.4GHz , 5GHz and 6GHz band, only use 2.4GHz band for connection of Duo, then setup Duo using B&W app, then run Roon app it will see your Duo even it disappear in B&W app afterwards .
