Formatting of three level Works (e.g Operas) is a little weird. I used the PART, SECTION and WORK tags to create a test three level work

What I find a little weird is that there is:

• Not a Play Arrow next to the SECTION sections
• SECTION is indented from WORK, but PART is not indented from SECTION
