new user, in trial period, just learning the system. I use Edge and it says it is Up To Date. The last couple of days i had no such problems, and this morning for a few hours it worked fine. was finally starting to get the hang=of it, the basics anyway, then it froze loading artist. Shute it down a few times, nothing. Then i uninstalled application files only and reinstalled, same thing. Would like to get it to run to further evaluate.

I wanted to check in and see if you were still running into issues here? If so, can you provide more information on your full system setup, as well as which artists were causing the freezing issue for you?
I would also give your router and core a hard reboot and see if the issue persists
