Freezing also occurs again on Android. Not as often as before but 1 to 2 times per week. Thought this problem was solved.

Does the freezing happen on a specific page or view? Is this for the Roon or ARC app? Are you saying the issue hasn’t occurred for a while but recently started to occur again? What are your Android model/manufacturer and operating system details?

Hi @noris, The freezing happened in the Roon app on my Pixel 7 with the up-to-date Android 14. After a long period (6 months) this problem was solved earlier this year. But in the last couple of weeks I experienced the freezing again for maybe 3 times. It is not constant and also not reproducable like te earlier freezing period. On opening when idle my album count showed 0/2524 and the screen blank without any response. Killing the app and reopening is the only solution. My phone will be replaced by a Pixel 9 as soon as its available so if nobody else experiences this freezing, I suggest not to put any effort in this for now…

I’ve had it freeze a few times on iOS I did mention in to support as well.
