· Sometimes I can connect, sometimes I can't

Describe the issue

Hello, we use Roon in connection with an Innous music server. It is set up as Roon core server. Very often the connection is corrupt and Roon cannot find the server. The internet is running as well as the server. The server app show that the server is ok.
It is different how long the connection is running. Sometime Roon is running just a few minutes and sometime it runs up to 30 minutes. The same with the time reconnecting the server. Sometime it take just 30 seconds and sometime it take minutes.
I check the instructions and was in contact with the Innous support without any new ideas. The next instance is your support. I hope you can help me.

Thanks for writing in! Sorry to hear you’re having connectivity issues. Could you please share the specific date, time, and name of track playing the next time this happens?

If you haven’t yet, I would also give your innous server and primary router a hard reboot, and leave them unplugged for a few minutes before powering back up. :+1:
