Describe the issue

Hi @javiercastro1974 ,

Welcome to the forum!

Can you please confirm the exact local time + date + track playing when you next observe an error?

We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS.

Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps? Thanks!

Hello, I have changed the DNS (google DNS) and nothing, Qobuz is not working well. Sometimes I cannot search albums, sometimes it takes a while to search for albums, sometimes it disconnects and takes a while to recognize my username and password, etc…

My internet network works fine, and if I connect to Qobuz via web player, it works fine, it is through roon and my Innuos which has not been working well for a couple of weeks.

Roon and innuos work fine with local files but for a few weeks now with qobuz

What else can i try to fix it?

Thank you very much
Regards
Javier

What internet speed do you have?

Hi @javiercastro1974,
Can you reproduce the Qobuz issue and note the date, time and track playing when the playback failure occurs? That will help us locate the error in logs.

Hello, I have tried my iMac as Roon core and Qobuz works ok, then I changed to my innuos zenith mk II and I have too many failures and delays.

The problem is with my Innuos but it has worked well the last two years.

Do you think the innuos lacks processing power?
Has anyone had problems with the innuos playing qobuz?

Thank you very much for your help !
Regards

Hey @javiercastro1974,

Thanks for the follow-up!

Is there a difference in how the devices are connected to your router/network?

As a first step, I’d simplify your network setup and get a direct ethernet connection from your Innous to your router, and see if you run into the same issues.

We’re having difficulties connecting to your Innous device to enable diagnostic mode - I’m hoping by simplifying your connection, the device will be able to reach our upstream servers and allow us to request a diagnostic report so we can investigate deeper.

Let me know how the above goes, and we’ll be on standby for your reply, thank you! :raised_hands:

From the Innuos site with a warning.
