Describe the issue

Over the past several months I have frequently had to reboot the entire system. (router, EERO, Sonos, BluOS, etc.) to find my audio devices. I have made my wifi discoverable. It seems to happen after any one of the elements in the chain update. Roon/Sonos/BluOS/EERO/etc. Making me consider one of two options if this continues. Stopping my Roon subscription or going to a Nucleus One. (however would want to be sure I wouldn’t have the same problem just with another piece of hardware/software in the chain…..

Describe your network setup

EERO, Sonos, BluOS(NAD M50.2), MacbookAir

Hey @Patrick_Rankin,

Thanks for taking the time to write in!

A first step here would be to remove wifi from your setup. Get a hardwire ethernet connection from your server directly to your primary router and see how things feel.

For your Mac, are you running the new Sequoia update? If so, can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.
