German Radio stations lost, can not be added

Since yesterday, non of my live radio stations (Deutschlandfunk, Deutschlandradio Kultur, BR2) are found. I tried to add BR2 by e.g. by http://dispatcher.rndfnk.com/br/br2/live/mp3/mid but does not work. What is wrong? Best, Mathias

It seams that all public German public stations are not working anymore. Specific reason for this?

BR2 is already in Roon, you don’t have to add it. Are they not found if you search e.g. for “Bayern 2” in the global search box (the magnifying glass in the top right corner), then click See All Results at the bottom of the search menu?

Hmm, weird. They all play just fine for me (I am in Germany). Something for @BrianW to look into.

I have rebooted the system, but no changes. Thank you for your support. Other international stations work, also my library works.

Did anything change in your system yesterday? An upgrade?

What are you running your server on?

Can you play a flac station, e.g.Radio Paradise?

Another data point, They play for me (in USA), although there is quite a delay before they start playing.

2-3 seconds for me. I’m not a big radio user but IIRC this seems normal

System runs LINUX, no upgrade nor updates. I can not find Radio Paradise

If BR2, Deutschlandfunk, Deutschlandfunk Nova, Radio 1, is pressed, the Lumin shows the station, but does not play it

I do not think so as other (international or German private) stations with MP3 formats are playing. It looks like only public ARD stations are affected.

Hi Suedkiez, can you confirm that these stations (BR2, DLF, Deutschlandradio Kultur) run on our Roon? Infact, I can not run any „German public radio programs“ since Monday. Private stations and international stations running same formats (e.g. mp3) are working.

Yes, they did yesterday and I just tried them again sucessfully

Thank you, really weird. If the Codec would be the reason, other stations with same format would not run, I assume
