Description Of Issue
Must restarted roon server few times a day to keep graphics from disappearing on roon on computer and ipad. Read many posts going back years on this problem… ever find out why this happens? I don’t have this problem with Plex.
Welcome to the forum! Can you please share a screenshot of what it looks like on your end when this behavior occurs? Does this issue only happen on one screen in particular in Roon?
Thank you for the screenshot. Can you please try clearing out the Roon Image Cache on the PC? This button is located under Roon Settings -> Setup -> Clear Image Cache -> Clear Cache:

That looks like a gaming rig not just an HTPC. Are there any video capture or video recording running, like twitch, discord, or OBS, Nvidia game environment?
It looks like the images from our metadata servers are not being displayed properly. Do local albums also display this issue or is it just for images that need to be downloaded from our server?
You could also try changing your DNS to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS in case there is an issue with resolving the address of the image.
And as @Rugby mentioned, if you’re using any video capture apps, I would try turning them off temporarily.
