Description of Issue

The HEAP folder cannot show up when MU1 is powered on. It suddenly shows up after powering on for about 45 mins. What is the problem? Is Roon unable to read the folder when MU1 just power up? Or other issue? Please kindly help. Thanks.

Hi @Chan_Eric, is the HEAP folder stored on the Grimm MU1?

Are you able to access it outside of Roon during this time?
