Gustard A26 - Qobuz Playack Issue

I’m having the same problem here with my Gustard A26. I did everything trying to troubleshoot the problem. Changed my Roon server, tried changing things in my network but every time I think it’s ok the connection gets lost with the result that I can’t enjoy listening to music. Very frustrating! I think the problem is Qobuz but just switching to Tidal is not easy considering that my listing history will be gone.

I’m in a supported country. Playback through Sonos is not giving any problems so that would exclude Qobuz. Unplugging the Ethernet cable from my streamer for one second gives the same message so it could just be an unstable network.

Thanks for reaching out and for your report here. I activated diagnostics mode for your Roon account and I am only seeing one instance where you had dropouts on the Gustard zone recently, have there been an improvement in behavior or are you still experiencing issues?
