I get the message (Device Initialization failed) when trying to enable this day. Can anyone help?

Roon support do not work weekends, they will follow-up here when this ticket reaches the top of their queue.

Thanks for reaching out. According to diagnostics from your Roon Server, it looks like an initialization failure for the audio device. Has this device worked on this machine in the past with Roon? Does it work as expected outside of Roon? ASIO also has a property where it cannot work if something else is using it, do you have any other apps playing to this zone when you try to use it in Roon?

Thanks, this is first time using the dac. It works outside of Roon. I am using the dac with a Bluesound node. And there are no other apps playing to this zone.

It’s fixed. Another app was in the zone.
