Description of Issue

Since the last update my Gustard R26 Streamer/DAC is not being recognised by Roon. I Can see it from other UPnP services (ie: BubbleUPnP), so I believe is related to Roon.
I’ve been using it for months without issues. Did you do any change related to some Roon end points or this model in particular? Roon works perfectly with my other devices in the same network (recognises my phone and laptop). Only the R26 doesn’t show up in the device list.

So far I tried:

  • Restarting core
  • Restarting Rock
  • Re installing Rock
  • Different LAN connection

Can you please help me find what’s happening?

We’ve taken a closer look at the diagnostics sent to our servers from your account and it appears that the R26 has been recognized as an endpoint by Roon in the last several days.
