Gustard X16 DAC..bits, Buffer settings!?

Hey all supporters

Have the HQ Player Embedded up and running on new hardware just now, my ears can’t wait, but. The best settings for bits and buffer in Network Audio backend. its playing just fine, can remember though from here some DAC’s needs specific setting…should i set as it is,.or?

The best settings for bits and buffer in Network Audio backend. its playing just fine, can remember though from here some DAC’s needs specific setting…should i set as it is,.or?

Jussi’s recommendation is always leave it as it is (default settings).

Only need to experiment with DAC bits & buffer settings if you have issues (issues can include music stuttering, skipping, stopping, pops, clicks etc). Or with ladder R2R DACs for example, but your DAC is isn’t one of those.

If no issues don’t change bits & buffer settings
