I’m afraid we’ll need more information to take action on this report. We see two RoonServer instances in your account, one on a Windows machine that is currently online, and another offline on a RoonOS machine.
Please share a screenshot of the RoonOS web administration page for the ROCK if that’s the machine.
Have you migrated to the Windows machine while troubleshooting an issue with your ROCK? Is there an error message displayed within Roon itself?
To upload a set of logs from the ROCK, you’ll need to use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader. Please let us know if we can assist. Thanks!
Yes i am back up. I had rebooted 1 more time and it came back up. Cuiously i had 2 friends whose servers crashed at the same time mine did…and came back up when mine did. Doesnt make sense. Thank you for checking in.
Just so you know, you are running a second Roon server on your Windows computer. That is, unless you did not tell it to Launch at startup of your Windows computer. This Roon Server program gets installed on your computer when you install the Roon client (Roon) program.
