I play with JMReynaut Abcisse equipped with a Ribbon tweeter who sometimes dare to sound too sharp or hard, I think and hope to have solved this with parametric EQ.
What do you think, all sugestions welcome, thanks in advance
Your EQ looks sensible, but I fear what you hear is the fact that the ribbon is mounted on the front edge of the cabinet which means that the output of the ribbon is arriving too early ref. mid-range and bass. The only way to check this is to look at the step response of the speaker. The image below is from Stereophile:
Note that even if this JMR model uses a horn tweeter the step response shows the tweeter output arrives a little early.
Your EQ will definitely help, but only time aligning the ribbon will solve it completely.
