Has anyone heard and be able to compare a Decware tube amp to a PrimaLuna tube amp?

I’d like to know which is better as they are similarly priced, Decware ZEN TORII JR vs PrimaLuna EVO 300. Or other similar and fair comparisons between Decware and PrimaLuna.
