Having Trouble Adding A File To A Compilation - One Track Shows Up In It's Own Album

Description Of Issue

I made a compilation album as usual in iTunes and everything is correct - I have double and triple checked - but Roon keeps showing one file out of 70 (Track 18) as a separate album instead of part of the correct album. Looks like some kind of data corruption. How can I fix it?

Hi @Mark_Manolio,

Are these tracks all in the same folder in the storage location? Can you share a screenshot of the folder via File Explorer / Finder?

You can also resolve this using Merge Albums.

Merge Albums did the trick.

But I am curious as to why that happened. Please let me know if you find out.
