Having trouble getting into Roon

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

QNAP NAS TVS-471 for Core version 1.7

Trying to access from Mac, same experience on iPad. No idea of version since the “about” menu item doesn’t show a version and I am stuck on the screens below.

I’m stuck on 3 screens.
Screen 1 - connect to core - there is only one option which is where I have my core running
Screen 2 - login screen. Asks me to log in
Screen 3 - you are already signed in, subscription only allows one roon core at a time etc. I’m unable to break out this loop of 3 screens.
