Sound is good: relaxed, balanced, every so slightly dark

I skipped the AirPods Pro since my ears won’t tolerate anything shoved into their canals – so this is my chance to finally join the party. I’m selling off an NC700 + QuietComfort Earbuds as they’ve become surplus to requirements.
Apple Music mostly, during daytime. They work well with Roon on any iDevice (iPhone, iPad) – with the usual caveat that all audio is resampled to 48/24.
They go to sleep as soon as you take them off your ears. In this state, they can still be located in the Find My app. They go to deep sleep after 72 hrs (Bluetooth fully off, cannot be found in Find My anymore), using even less battery.
The difference with the case is that once the APM are cased up, they go in deep sleep mode faster (after 18 hrs) – since it’s more likely that you know where you left them.
