Help - I killed my roon chain!

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Running Roon on a Sonictransport (v 1.7 build 667)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

SoTM SMS 200 ultra neo as renderer via ethernet
connected via USB to Mytek Brooklyn DAC+

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue

Everything was fine until I tried to add a new Minidsp SHD studio to the chain for room correction. I messed around with the settings of the SoTM to try and add the SHD studio to the chain and now my SoTM renderer won’t play roon at all. Definitely not plug-and-play… I’m getting multiple failure notices when I try to play a track even though I’ve removed the SHD studio completely. How can a start over - erase the settings on my SoTM and start from scratch?

Hi @David_Friedman,

You can load device defaults by opening Device Setup and then pressing “Load Default”.

Are other zones still working as expected, is it just the SoTM affected?
