Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Nucleus. Machine is dow so I can’t access build number

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Nucleus connected to home network via wired internet. Switches are by Unifi.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Multiple.

A couple of Bluesound units.

Description Of Issue

Server started losing sight of endpoints. I attempted reboot using back panel button. Roon now down. Did hard reboot by disconnecting power. Roon still down.

It could be network related, have you tried rebooting router, switches and audio endpoints?

Have you tried connecting to the Nucleus’ webpage to check it’s status?

How do I connect to the Nucleus webpage?

I understand that there is a dim light on the back panel when the server is powered on. My Nucleus is on a rack with a lot of stuff and it’s difficult to get to the back panel and see the light. What should I be looking for?
