Hifi Rose RS150 vs. RS150B - Roon Ready Status

Hi,

I’m about to buy a Hifi Rose RS150 as new Roon Endpoint.
I struggle a little as on the Roon page the RS150 is named, the 150B is not. Some reviews tells, the RS150 is NOT Roon Ready…but the RS150B is.
On the Rose page it is stated at both devices Roon Ready…

I’m aware of the different DAC, so not discussions about the pro ans cons. Just a simple: Is the RS150 (the original first device with AKM DAC) Roon Ready or have it to be a RS150B?

I’ll answer myself…hope it helps others.
The RS150 (without B, original version with AKM DAC) is Roon Ready and works flawlessly.
Just got it…a decent Roon Endpoint…not the cheapest stuff, but worth it.

Good to know as I greatly prefer AKM over ESS.

I also use the RS150, never had an issue using it with Roon. And it looks amazing as well.

I am a big kid so have the VU meters showing when using Roon

Only for completing: Also the RS150B (and all other Hifi Rose streamers without the RS130) are Roon ready and making in here (using them not as Roon endpoint is another thing) a great job.
