Description of Issue

Memory 90% causing computer to hangs and unable to connect to Roon Core after running for certain period. No new album and tracks has been added since the beginning of using Roon as mainly I stream from Qobuz and Tidal.

Also, the sound quality of the current version seems to degrade since the introduction of ARC. Is it possible to downgrade version?

I’m seeing the same thing. I have a very similar setup. I use ARC on my way in work and just unplug my phone and when I go to use it at the end of the day all of memory on my core is used up which requires a restart. I also get this when not using ARC from time to time. So there is still some sort of memory leak that is occurring with latest version.

Hi @Somphon_Potisophon

Thank you for your report. The tech support team attempted to pull diagnostics from both ARC and your Core to investigate more closely, but RoonServer and ARC have both been offline.

Are you still experiencing issues? Our log pull will expire after a few days, so at your convenience, please follow these instructions when you get a chance to upload logs manually:

Hi, My RoonServer is always online. ARC never worked for me.
I posted in the support since the beginning of the release but never got any support from Roon.

The link you provided take me to datadog site which I don’t have access to. It’s a paid service so I’m not sure why we need to pay for this support?

almost a month and still nothing from support?
memory issue still has not gone away.

Interesting. Over the past couple of month it seems, Roon has also been eacting up all my RAM until restarted. It would eat up to 96%. I upgraded from 8GB to 32GB and it still will slowly eat up the RAM. I just restarted it and it was using almost 13GB at the time. And always slowly increasing.
