Coil whine :frowning: Audible when 2-3ft away from the unit.

Thanks for writing in! It’s good to see you on community again, although I’m sorry to hear its an issue that prompted your post.

Following up on your issue, I have a few follow up tests for you to try that will help us better determine the source of the issue:

  1. Does the issue occur if you move the Nucleus to a different location, and outlet?
  2. Does this issue occur if using a different power cable?

Hi there!

Sadly yes - it reproduces consistently. I tried two locations, two power cables, and even a Human (ok, the last one was pure voodoo attempt…)
