Unfortunately right now I don’t think the 240i is Roon Ready ( no Ethernet input) or Roon Tested ( USB input).
At least this model is not shown on the Moon- Roon partners page right now.
So I don’t think it’s going to work I fear.

Thanks for the same reply. What is next advise if still keep using this 240i which has internal DAC and need to also run with Roon nucleus. Have to purchase other transport streamer? Such as primare or else? Thanks in advance

Vanilla USB 2 should work regardless. Is it USB 2.0 or older? Also try with a plain printer cable if you are using something exotic. Also have you actually enabled the device in Roon?

Good point from Henry.
There is a good chance it will work but it would not be identified in Roon is likely.
Can you post a screenshot of your settings:audio page to see what might need enabling.
