How did you measure this? Everything about music is 10x more engaging with Roon

Despite all the talk of improvement, my use of Roon just gets more and more frustrating. Roon/Harman - please explain how this process is ‘10x more engaging’?

  1. I was listening to music
  2. Roon tells me there is a new update to install.
  3. I install it.
  4. It logs me out after the update
  5. I have to log in again.
  6. Oh but somehow I have too many authorisations for that account, so I have to unathorise the account - on the same computer that my Roon core is located on. How does that even make sense??
  7. Doesn’t remember the playlist I was on
  8. But it does remember what speakers to use.
  9. So I have to start again.
(next steps added after this was originally posted)
  10. So I go to my car and start up roon Arc.
  11. Can’t find my library…of course, becuase I was logged out of Roon when it updated, it ‘resets’ the connection with roon Arc.
  12. Go back to Roon, Roon Arc, it checks it can find my libary (it can). Now I can use Roon Arc again.

So I fixed your new tagline.
Everything about music takes 10x longer in Roon.

This isn’t a normal Roon experience, so I recommend opening a Support ticket. The last time you posted there was June last year.
