How do I sync Roon with Qobuz, new songs don't show in Roon

Read comments from others. Seems updating from Qobuz has problems. Manual syncing available?

While I have never had an issue syncing with Qobuz it does happen on a schedule, I believe. You can manually initiate a sync by going to Settings Services Qobuz Edit, and in the middle of the pop up there should be a blue link called Sync Library Now. For Example:

Last week, a sync process on their servers was failing and that was repaired. Since then, their system has been processing every individual Qobuz account in order to resolve the problem. As @Rugby stated your issues could be related to the Qobuz server problem that’s been identified in Dylan’s comment posted above. We’re sorry that you’ve encountered this issue as well.

Qobuz aims to have these account issues resolved today. If you don’t see new the additions to your Qobuz favorites appear by tomorrow please let us know and we’ll troubleshoot your issue further.
