How long should one have to wait to get help?

I posted a help request concerning Build 667 two days ago, and I have yet to hear from support. Two fellow users were kind enough to comment, but their ideas, while interesting, did not help. Why has support not answered? Roon is, more or less, unusable in the meantime. For me, Build 667 is a disaster, and I am getting no help at all from Roon.
