Description of Issue

When i go the the Backup tab, i see all tech stuff, like paths etc. dont have ANY idea how to bsckup. Can you pls provide me with a step by step instruction in layman’s language regarding how to backup. I REALLY would like to use roon’s various capabilities now that i have bought the nucleus
