Description of Issue

How can I connect a Bluetooth-Headphone to the Node 2i from within Roon and without selecting it on the Node or the MacMini?
I can’t find a way to coontrol al the output devices from Roon.
Also I can’t see with quality is streamed its only said “OS Mixer”.

I’d be interested in this too. I would guess that you select the node as output and then within bluOS app select Bluetooth. I don’t think Roon is aware of the Bluetooth output – again, just a guess.

Hello Rob,
yes that is the way I have to got. But thats kind of annoying, to handle different Apps. Same on OSX: there I first have to set the Headphones systemwide before using it in Roon.
It would be lovely if there is a way to switch ouput-devices directly within Roon. Im sure, there must be a way, because either on OS x or Node: the Headphones are already connected via Blutooth.

So not sure if this helps but on PC when I have my Sony WH-1000XM4s connected via Bluetooth they show up in Settings/Audio in Roon, just have to make sure they are “enabled”.
