How to contact support without using forum? [Answer: Use website contact form]

It used to be possible to file a support request without having to brave the forum, I see the option has now been removed from within Roon. Is the forum now the only way to get in touch with Roon for support enquiries?

I know there is still the option to contact Roon from the website, think it probably uses same email as @BrianW posted.

No need to visit the shark tank if you do not wish to.

The contact form is the best way to get in touch with our support team outside of community.
