How to control roon playback with Moon 340i D3PX remote control?

I have Roon Core running on a PC, connected via USB to the Moon 340i D3PX and I cannot control the playback using the Moon’s remote control.

Before, I had the Naim DAC V1 and it was posible to control the playback with the Naim’s remote control.

Can anybody help me?

I’d contact moon. If it’s the 340i integrated amp it’s only roon tested not roon ready.
