Dear Roon-Support,

how can I remove Tidal favorite songs and albums from my Roon favorite songs and albums?

Greetings, Günter Trummer

Will this work for you?
Go to Tracks View
Click the Heart Icon (Roon Favorites) This selects all your favorite tracks.
Click Focus (top Left), Format (scroll to the right), then select Tidal.
This will list all your favorite tracks that are in Tidal
You can then select all those tracks using select, shift-select at the end of the list.
Then Edit the tracks and delete them.
This removes all your Favorite Tracks that are from Tidal

Do the same thing for Albums from the Album view

Hi @Guenter_Trummer,

Can you elaborate a bit on what you’re wanting to do here? Are you wanting to remove TIDAL albums from your library entirely? Or are you wanting to see Roon favorites that do not include any TIDAL content?

Hi dylan

I do want to keep favorites in Roon Tidal and I don’t want to completely remove TIDAL albums from my library, I want to delete certain albums AND certain songs in Roon Tidal from my favorites if I no longer like the song.
In Tidal App directly works without problems with my favorites to delete certain songs or albums. My question is how does Roon Tidal work?

It’s about deleting songs or albums in the main menu Roon “Browse Tidal \ Your Favorites \ Albums or Tracks” and not in “Library Albums or Tracks”

Thanks in advance for the support

best regards

Günter

Hi @Guenter_Trummer,

The albums in your TIDAL library are going to sync to your Roon library — These will match exactly. You can unfavorite an album or track from TIDAL, or choose the Delete option in Roon. This will remove it from both. You can always hide TIDAL content from your Library by using Focus to select only items not from TIDAL.
