I am new to Roon and Tidal as I have recently purchased a Nucleus +, a Roon subscription and a Tidal HiFi subscription. I have also purchase a DCS Bartok. I am having difficulty getting Roon and Tidal to play well together in that Master tracks found and selected to play from Tidal will play on my iPad but not on my DCS DAC. After doing a search, it was suggested that my Nucleus Core be a 320 build but that option doesn’t seem to be available to me. Can anyone share their thoughts on a remedy for my problem? TIA

We’d love to help sort this out. First, could you please navigate to Settings → Audio and check if your DCS Bartok shows up as a device. Is it enabled?
Can you select it in the Zone Picker?
Do you have any local files? Can you stream those files to your DCS DAC?
