Description Of Issue
When I play any music, Tidal or not, Roon just skips each one of them until the last. Nothing gets played. When I change the audio output to my speakers, Roon plays just fine… perplexing!
Can you share a screenshot of Device Setup for this device?
Do you receive any error messages and if so what do they say?

When I click on Play, nothing gets played. Just skips all tracks and stops.
Sadly, there’s not much documentation available online for your headset.
You use the 2.0
Channel Layout in Roon. When you set it to 7.1, does it change anything?
Is Windows using the headset as standard output device? This might not work then in conjunction with
Exclusive Mode = Yes in Roon.
