Moving forward, can you please confirm for me that you’ve already setup up ROCK before trying to restore from your backup, as per the instructions listed in “step #2” from the link cited in your post.

Ok, so you have ROCK setup and by the sound of it, your backups have been saved to the mentioned Synology NAS, correct? When you launched ROCK for the first time and were prompted to “sign in” , what was observed when you clicked “restore a backup” on the login screen?
Now databse already to rock and migration from nas synology to rock is done.
Maybe need interlude for rock to open database backup.
