How To Migrate Database - Roon server on Synology to Roon Rock? [Resolved]

I’m Following instruction

but i’m confused for restore database on roon rock.

i’m alredy complete backup database on synology but when i’m connect to roon rock and restore database respons display only backup manager.

i try 2 days but still not change.

Hi @akraya_group ---- Thank you for the report and sorry to hear of the troubles.

Moving forward, can you please confirm for me that you’ve already setup up ROCK before trying to restore from your backup, as per the instructions listed in “step #2” from the link cited in your post.

yes i’m already done install roon rock.
Roon Optimized Core Kit firmware 1.0 (build 148) version 1.3(build 223)

im already following step backup in this step on nas synology.

Ok, so you have ROCK setup and by the sound of it, your backups have been saved to the mentioned Synology NAS, correct? When you launched ROCK for the first time and were prompted to “sign in” , what was observed when you clicked “restore a backup” on the login screen?

Now databse already to rock and migration from nas synology to rock is done.
Maybe need interlude for rock to open database backup.
