How wake up a device after auto standby?

Auto standby works with my Mytek Brooklyn Bridge.

But I can’t wake it up because the device is not available in Roon when it’s in standby.
Any solution for this issue?

Thanks,
Ton

Hi @Ton_R,

Welcome to the forum! Can you please provide some more info regarding your setup?

  1. What kind of Core are you using?
  2. What is the model/manufacturer of your networking gear?
  3. How is the Brooklyn Bridge connected, is it direct via Ethernet to the router?

I am using an Intel NUC NUC6CAYH

Router TP-LINK AC2300
WD NAS
Cisco switch

Ethernet connection

Hi @Ton_R,

Thanks for the additional info. Let me reach out to our hardware team to check to see if anything can be done regarding this device or if this is expected behavior. Once there’s news, I or another support member will reach out again. Appreciate your patience here!

Hello @Ton_R,

In order to use the standby feature in Roon the “Streamer PWR” setting on the Brooklyn should be set to “On”.

Brilliant, Thanks!

Hi @Ton_R,

Did that setting resolve the issue?

Yes! Thanks again!
