I’m still using HQPlayer 4. If I want to trial version 5, do I need to uninstall version 4? I’m on a Mac Mini M1. I worry because version 4 is no longer available for download and I’m not sure I still have a copy. Also, does the NAA need to be updated? I’m using a microPC and a USB stick with naa-440-x64ramfs loaded onto it. I have the key and the manual easily accessible. Thanks!
Not necessary. Please note that switching between these two versions require some setting changes and there are some differences between the available settings.
Not necessary, but recommended.
You can pretty easily get a new USB stick and write the latest equivalent NAA OS on it. You can then always go back to the old one if needed.
