Thank you for awaiting an official response from us here at support.

Are you still having your issue? One of the things that I have seen correct this problem is to clear the app cache for Roon ARC.

Steps that should fix it if cache alone doesn’t do the trick:

Force stop>clear cache>uninstall>reinstall

If you can’t get it displaying properly after these steps, please let me know and we’ll take a deeper dive into things!
