Hung on initializing notification

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Mac Mini /OSX Catalina 10.15.4/ version 1.7 Build 536

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Telstra (internet provider) OEM modem/router with Ethernet connection to Core via Netgear switch

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Optical to Cyrus DacXP, WiFi to Denon Cocoon, WiFi to AppleTV, control via iPhone X

Description Of Issue

Updated MacMini operating system to 10.15.4
iPhone could not connect to Core. After sstarts and still no connection, selected to look for another Core, connection was achieved, but hung on the “initializing” screen with the stacked notification.

Is there any change after a reboot of the Core machine?

Is the Core machine using the all-in-one Roon or RoonServer?

I am still getting the initializing notification.

This should be resolved now. You might need to restart your Core and restart Roon on your remote devices, but after that things should be working for you. If you’re still running into any issues please let us know!
