Description of Issue

The software cannot locate the core. The Nucleus is attached via HDMI to a TV set but the screen is blank. I have rebooted the Nucleus several times to no avail. My network is operating without issue otherwise.

Is the Nucleus unit still within the 2-year warranty period? And did you buy it from a dealer or direct from Roon Labs?

It was purchased from Roon Labs in March of last year so it is still in warranty.

As another test, could you please try connecting the Nucleus to a monitor but remove any network connection, and see if anything pops up on the screen?
