I ripping it once and delete it
The second CD of the same CD will not ripping.

Still need more information. What are you using to rip your CD? Hardware (PC, Nucleus), software (Roon, dBPoweramp, JRiver, Windows)? Exactly what steps did you take to rip the first time and what steps are you taking now?
