Roon App on New iPad Won’t Complete Sign-In — Stuck After “Sign In”

I’ve installed the Roon app on my new iPad (running the latest iPadOS), but I’m unable to sign in. The app correctly presents my Roon account info (name and email) and offers a “Sign In” button, but when I tap it, I briefly see the spinning circles — and then nothing. The login does not complete.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
• Confirmed my Roon Nucleus is online and accessible at http://nucleus.local
• Rebooted the Nucleus from its web interface
• Rebooted the iPad
• Deleted and reinstalled the Roon app
• Signed into https://account.roon.app in Safari (worked fine, but didn’t trigger any device authorization)
• Cleared Safari website data
• Tried everything again in the correct order (delete app, restart iPad, reinstall)

Despite all this, the Roon app on my iPad continues to fail at the same point — the “Sign In” button does nothing after showing the initial spinner. There is no error message.

Other Roon devices in the house (including my Roon Nucleus) are functioning correctly.

Any advice or next steps would be greatly appreciated!

Seems a minor bug, perseverance is key here.

I see you cleared your Safari website data, did that include search history for all time.

Force close the Safari app and Roon apps. Try again.

Go through the sign in process again, if the same occurs tap cancel and repeat. Keep tapping on sign in also for a few moments.

Make sure you turn off content-blockers and pop-up blockers in Safari (or allow anything from Roon), clear cookies.

I guess if you repeat the process enough times it finally works.
After three days, I’m finally in.
