I can't play music on Windows and Mac

Versión : 1.8 (build 756) stable
Versión QPKG : 2020-07-15

Since the last Roon update I have problems in the apps on Windows and Mac.

Both systems do not detect the audio system and I cannot play music on Roon.

I have tried anyway and there is no way to get to hear anything.

Can anybody help me?

Rebooting all the components?
Download 1.8 from Roon website and install over your 1.8 might help.
Hope you have a back-up (just in case you need it)

From what I have read in this section, it seems that all users have problems. That is why I doubt that the problem is with my two computers, both with completely different operating systems.
