I can't play Qobuz on Roon APP

Description of Issue

I am using Qobuz on macbook pro and iPhone well, and I can setup Qobuz on Roon app well, I can see all pages of Qobuz on Roon, but when I click a CD and play a track, it does’t work and display This track is not currently available from Qobuz, too many failures …, I taken patience for this problem for 2 years, and I contacted Roon guys, they said this is a problem of Roon, the reason is Qobuz don’t transfer data to Roon . Can you help me to resolve it ?

Hi @Jian_Xu,

Provided you don’t have a network setup that is filtering out or blocking authentication and download requests to Qobuz’s servers (VPN, security software, or additional hardware like access points/managed switches), then the most likely culprit here is the endpoint to which you’re attempting to play audio.

Please let us know more about your setup per the template provided by our moderators above, and we should be able to identify what’s wrong. In addition, are you able to supply the tech support team with an example of a Qobuz track that results in a “Track Is Not Currently Available” error?
